What is retail ready production?
Retail ready production means we handle everything from sourcing and printing to the retail floor. That includes custom hang tags, poly bagging, SKU/barcode labeling, size stickering, folding, and full merchandising setup. If you're a brand launching a product line, a retailer bringing in custom merchandise, or a business that sells apparel through a store or online shop, retail ready production means your product arrives ready to sell with no additional prep work on your end.
Who is retail ready production for?
Retail ready production is for anyone selling custom-decorated apparel through a retail or wholesale channel like emerging apparel brands, local retailers, gift shops, tourist destinations, sports organizations with pro shop operations, and businesses launching branded merchandise lines. Can you produce custom hang tags for our brand?
Yes. Customized hangtags that have been branded with your logo, colors, pricing, etc. Hang tags can be custom-cut, two-sided, UV-coated, or finished with a string and safety pin attachment to match your brand. A well-designed hang tag elevates the perceived value of your product significantly.
Can you add custom neck labels?
Yes. We are able to screen print, heat press, DTF, DTG print all necessary neck label information like size, care instructions, and branded copy on any garment. This Replaces the manufacturer's label with your brand's label. This is standard practice for private-label apparel brands that want their product to carry only their identity, not the blank manufacturer's.
Do you work with brands that are just starting out?
Yes, all the time! Some of our best retail ready production clients are emerging brands that started with a small run and have grown into a multi-line brand. We're set up to handle small first runs with the same attention and detail as large wholesale orders. What quantities are required for retail ready production?
Minimum quantities depend on the specific services involved. For hang tags and labeling, most print minimums start at 50–100 units. For full retail ready packages (poly bags, hang tags, SKU labels, folding), it scales efficiently — the more units, the lower the per-unit finishing cost.

Yes. Our design team handles hang tag design, custom label artwork, and packaging concepts. If you come to us with a brand identity (logo, colors, fonts), we'll build a hang tag and packaging system that's consistent with it. If you're still developing your brand identity, we can help with that too. Design is quoted upfront. What's the turnaround time for retail ready production orders?
Turnaround varies based on the scope of work. Decoration (printing or embroidery) typically takes 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Finishing and packaging (hang tags, poly bagging, labeling) adds 2–5 business days depending on quantity. Full retail ready packages are quoted with a complete production timeline.
